We are seeking BARISTAS for our BARLETTO restaurant located in San Miguel. **What do you need to apply?** * Proven experience preparing coffee, juices, cold beverages, and others. * Experience in customer service and attention, preferably with barista training. * Strong customer-service orientation, proactive attitude, initiative, and ability to work in a team. **Responsibilities** * Perform cleaning, disinfection, setup, and restocking of the area prior to opening. * Decorate display cases and set up equipment for customer service. * Verify that all necessary supplies are available for service. * Attend to customer orders according to received tickets. * Conduct final inventory for review by the Manager and/or Shift Assistant. * Clean the area upon store closing. * Other duties inherent to the position. **Benefits** * Formal employment registration from day one. * Statutory benefits (vacation, bonuses, CTS). * Breakfast and lunch (applicable only for first shift and double shifts). * Overtime pay. * Timely payments (biweekly payroll schedule).
