At Grupo JLB, we are seeking top talent for the specialized Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Professional position at our Chaclacayo–Ñaña plant. **Requirements**: * Industrial Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or related fields * Knowledge of occupational health and safety standards applicable to the industrial sector * Minimum 2 years of experience in OHS Assistant or OHS Analyst roles (mandatory) * Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., at the Chaclacayo plant (km 18.5 on Central Highway) * Reporting to the OHS Coordinator * **Approximately 10-month temporary contract** **Responsibilities**: * Coordinate and/or deliver the induction talk prior to commencement of employment, and maintain up-to-date, archived, and organized documentation and records of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System. * Advise staff on procedures to follow in case of emergencies, identification of unsafe conditions, unsafe acts, hazards, and risks. * Record and track corrective actions arising from accident, incident, and IPER (Risk Identification and Evaluation Process) investigations. * Supervise contractors’ compliance with safety norms and standards. * Collaborate with Plant Department Heads in investigating workplace accidents and incidents. * Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Employment Conditions**: * Inclusion in payroll from day one * Health insurance * Pension system contributions * Statutory life insurance * Vacation leave * Compensatory Time Savings (CTS) * Mid-year (July) and year-end (December) bonuses * Eligibility for family allowance (if applicable) * Entitlement to paid vacation Job Type: Full-time, Temporary Contract Duration: 10 months Salary: PEN 1,133.00 – PEN 33,333.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
