





Our client, a leading telecommunications company, is seeking a *Planning Assistant.* ***RESPONSIBILITIES:*** 1\. Responsible for corporate planning and organization; implement and supervise the execution of the Branch’s mission plan; summarize/report/evaluate monthly/quarterly/annual and ad-hoc task results as needed, proposing adjustment solutions. 2\. Monitor, evaluate, and summarize KPI results for departments within the assigned region. 3\. Support the development of the annual business plan and guide its implementation across other departments. 4\. Prepare reports requested by management. 5\. Provide support to the Branch Director’s work: 6\. Prepare weekly schedules; gather and prepare required information and documents; distribute minutes of Executive Board meetings; follow up/remind members and other departments regarding pending tasks. 7\. Propose to management solutions, handling methods, and remedies for existing issues and shortcomings within the company. 8\. Develop processes, regulations, and policies for the assigned region in accordance with vertical guidelines. ***REQUIREMENTS:*** 1\. University graduate in Business Administration, Economics, Commerce, International Trade, or related fields. 2\. One (01) year of experience in a similar position. 3\. English – TOEIC 650 (or equivalent). 4\.
