




**Job Description** **JOB MISSION** Analyze and develop process improvement solutions by implementing enhancements for business areas, based on best practices of a data governance model, to ensure efficient use of technological resources that meet the company’s prioritized needs. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** * Propose, develop, and implement analytical solutions to business problems or needs across various functional areas aligned with the company’s objectives, aiming to contribute to the value generation of decisions made. * Support the structuring and planning of improvements, primarily by translating business needs and formulating analytical solution proposals. * Analyze data process structures and propose automations to ensure optimal resource utilization. * Train internal clients on analytical tools and models developed, enabling them to absorb and sustain the knowledge generated. * Manage tools to configure, monitor, and orchestrate data from infrastructure and pipelines. * Build analytical reports for organizational management teams. * Other duties related to the position as assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Technical Knowledge Required** Knowledge of Statistics/Mathematics, project management, and programming. Advanced Power BI and Power Automate expertise. Proficiency in programming languages: R, Python; databases: MS SQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL (advanced level); and Cloud technologies.
