**RESPONSIBILITIES:** 1\. Comply with Occupational Health and Safety and Environmental Prevention Policies. 2\. Support the identification and assessment of hazards and risks (IPER) and monitor the implementation of control measures. 3\. Report all incidents/accidents occurring in the work area. 4\. Guide and participate in incident and accident investigations, report findings, and track the implementation of corrective and preventive actions resulting from such investigations. 5\. Identify and report hazards within their work area. 6\. Support the implementation of preventive and environmental control measures established in the Project’s Occupational Health and Safety and Environmental Management Plan (PdRGA), based on Hazard Identification Matrix analyses. 7\. Continuously verify compliance with preventive mechanisms (operational and administrative) specified in the Operational Control Matrices and Safe Work Analyses (SWA) developed for each project activity. 8\. Efficiently apply the documents of the Integrated Management System for which they are responsible. 9\. Lead staff and contractor training and awareness initiatives. **REQUIREMENTS:** · Bachelor’s degree (Certified Engineer or Bachelor in Occupational Health and Safety, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields) .
