




**Responsibilities of our new colleague** * Ranking and scheduling faults in coordination with traffic control to ensure that fault- and disruption-resolution activities are efficient and cost-effective. Provides expert advice and shares experience with fault-resolution personnel to assist in isolating faults; if necessary, initiates the deployment of additional resources. * During fault-, disruption-, and force majeure event resolution, informs fault- and disruption-resolution units about assigned tasks, monitors work phases, assists in eliminating unforeseen obstacles, and mitigates consequences. Collaborates with disaster response units to minimize damage and traffic disruption. * Assists in eliminating unforeseen obstacles arising during the execution of planned maintenance activities, thereby mitigating consequences. * Continuously documents operational parameters in a computerized record-keeping system. In case of incidents, acts according to the notification procedure. * Prepares immediate, daily, weekly, and monthly reports and evaluations for management. * Directs cleanup operations following force majeure events, cooperating with disaster response organizations as needed to minimize damage and traffic disruption. * Receives, drafts, and forwards telegrams affecting traffic operations via a closed-group email system. * Coordinates fault resolution during extraordinary events affecting the specialist field, exercising decision-making authority and assuming responsibility. In such cases, is authorized to interrupt or reschedule planned daily maintenance activities as required. * Performs high-voltage network-level dispatcher duties and all tasks prescribed for dispatch services under Instruction F.3. **Requirements for this position** * State secondary vocational qualification — school-leaving examination (high-voltage electrical technician, electronics technician, electrician) * Higher education qualification in railway engineering * Simplified traffic examination per Government Decree 19/2011 (NFM) (high-voltage specialist service) * Safety engineering knowledge (occupational safety, fire protection, property protection, environmental protection) * Familiarity with current legislation, standards, regulations, and internal instructions applicable to the specialist field * Knowledge of systems, machines, and equipment relevant to the job responsibilities * User-level proficiency in office and IT applications * Minimum three years’ practical experience in the specialist field **Personal attributes important to us** * Decisiveness * Situational awareness * Strong communication skills, both oral and written * Accuracy * Organizational ability * Independence **What we offer** * SZÉP card benefit (in accordance with current internal regulations) * Loyalty bonus at year-end (in accordance with current internal regulations) * Voluntary pension fund contribution of at least HUF 196,200 annually (equivalent to 4% of monthly gross base salary) * Monthly voluntary health fund membership contribution of HUF 4,000 The above benefits are paid pro rata based on the number of working days completed within the calendar year.
