Kiyomi Home, a skincare, makeup, and Korean food store, is seeking 1 Multifunctional Store Manager: **Responsibilities:** * Provide personalized customer service. * Sell store products (dermocosmetics and makeup). * Receive orders virtually (via social media, website). * Maintain store cleanliness and organization. * Conduct inventory checks periodically or as needed (in coordination with management). * Provide facial product recommendations (ongoing training will be provided). * Manage cash register opening and closing (via a system). * Achieve the established sales target. * Resolve any issues that may arise with customers. * Perform other administrative duties or tasks as required by management. **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education or graduates in Business Administration, Communications, or related fields. * Age between 25 and 42 years. * Minimum 1 year of experience as a store manager (mandatory). * Interest in skincare and cosmetics (preferably Korean). * Strong customer service orientation and commitment to achieving targets. **Details:** * Fixed salary: S/.1,200.00 + commissions. * In-person work Monday to Friday (12:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.), Saturdays (11:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.). * Sundays off. * Workplace located in downtown Trujillo.
