Occupational Clinic S\&M is looking for a talent to lead the Human Resources and procurement department **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree or title in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Sociology or related fields * Minimum of 1 year of experience in the position requested * Intermediate-level knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Canva * Computer and systems knowledge * Preferred: Diploma or Master's in Human Talent Management * Availability to be present at both clinic locations: Lima center and Lima north * Results-oriented, problem-solving skills, stress tolerance, good communication skills, ability to work under pressure and planning **Functions:** * Select personnel according to the systematic recruitment procedure based on established profiles. * Keep employee CVs organized and up to date, as well as ensure specialists' professional licenses remain valid. * Develop a human resources work plan. * Improve the company's work environment. * Support the management team with documents requested by the manager. * Coordinate with management to ensure proper organization of clinic documents and handle any arising activities such as internal or external training, among other duties assigned by management. * Ensure compliance with Quality Management System guidelines with the personnel responsible for SIG. * Evaluate the performance of staff in each assigned area in coordination with area supervisors. * Responsible for execution and compliance of Human Resources and procurement processes.
