**REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed secondary education * 6 months of experience in GPS monitoring (preferred) or experience in administrative tasks, customer service, or call center operations * Specialization program or supplementary courses * Intermediate-level proficiency in Excel (preferred) * Availability to work rotating shifts (day and night) * 4x3 shift system (4 days worked / 3 days off) **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Track owned and third-party units according to the schedule provided by Operations and/or the client. * Report and record incidents occurring during Loading, Transit, and Unloading that may cause deviations from the planned schedule, escalating communications as per procedure. * Maintain communication with Operations personnel to coordinate activities or address inquiries, clarify details, collect complaints and/or claims. * Record unit service times and mileage in the traffic control log. * Send updated service status reports (frequency determined by operational requirements). * Activate the communication flow upon occurrence of an incident or emergency. * Cross-check received information, communicating it accurately and promptly, updating it as necessary. * Actively participate in activities related to emergency response preparedness, utilizing the established communication flow. * Fulfill assigned responsibilities under each procedure and ensure accurate completion of SIG records related to their functions. * Verify the accuracy, legibility, and proper completion of SIG records within their area. **WORKING CONDITIONS:** * Full statutory employment contract * Career development opportunities * Ongoing training programs * Rotating shifts: (Day and night) from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. * Availability to work in Ate Employment type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,130.00 – S/.1,430.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
