We are a social development organization present in 138 countries, working to promote and defend the rights of girls, boys, and adolescents—primarily their right to grow up in a family. **MISSION:** To provide support and guidance to girls, boys, and adolescents participating in family-like care services, contributing to the development and strengthening of their learning competencies and skills to support their holistic development. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND CHALLENGES OF THE POSITION:** 1. Provide pedagogical support and reinforcement tailored to the educational needs of girls, boys, and adolescents. 2. Advise and support SOS caregivers in delivering educational assistance and support to the girls, boys, and adolescents under their care. 3. Contribute to the program’s planning and monitoring process according to activities outlined in the social pedagogy line. 4. Implement actions ensuring proper application of child and youth safeguarding policies across program services and projects. 5. Perform other duties assigned by direct supervisors. **OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:** 1. Holds a university degree and is registered with the national teaching council in Education. 2. Has at least two years of experience in educational activities, formal teaching, and/or academic reinforcement within formal education settings. 3. Knowledge of designing training programs, school remediation for academic delay, and addressing learning gaps. 4. Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office. **WHAT WE OFFER:** 1.
