Main Responsibilities * Supervise compliance with safety, order, and cleanliness regulations in all areas of the construction site. * Monitor the proper use of PPE and report unsafe conditions or actions. * Verify compliance with the OSHS Management System (SGSST) and participate in internal inspections. * Assist in training sessions and induction talks on safety, first aid, and emergency procedures. * Prepare daily safety reports, incident reports, and observations. * Provide basic first aid assistance when necessary. Requirements * Technical degree or graduate in Industrial Safety, Engineering, Civil Construction, or related fields. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in building construction projects (preferably with real estate developers or construction companies). * Solid knowledge of the OSHS Management System (SGSST) and Standard G.050 – Safety during Construction. * Training or certification in first aid and emergency response (desirable). * Ability to work in a team, operational leadership, and effective communication skills. * Availability to work at a construction site located in San Miguel, Lima.
