Compliance with hygiene protocols and support to the kitchen team INKA FISH, a restaurant specializing in marine and Creole cuisine, seeks to incorporate a **Chef** with experience and a quality orientation into its team at its location in **Lince**, in the Panamericana Televisión area. **Responsibilities** * Perform mise en place prior to service to ensure efficient workflow. * Prepare dishes applying culinary techniques such as sautéing, searing, and rapid cooking methods. * Verify flavor, doneness, and final presentation of each preparation. * Properly handle pans and execute flambé when appropriate. * Comply with hygiene, safety, and food safety protocols. * Maintain constant order and cleanliness of the workstation. * Promptly report any incidents or operational needs to the head chef. * Support the kitchen team as directed by management. **Requirements** * Completed secondary education. * Minimum 1 year of experience in cooking or related positions. * Valid health certificate or willingness to obtain one. * Availability to work in Lince (next to Panamericana Televisión). **Schedule** * 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. (Days off between Monday and Thursday) **Benefits** * Payroll enrollment from day one. * Timely biweekly payments. * Meals provided during working hours. * Genuine opportunities for career growth within the company.
