**Job Description:** The Taller de los Niños Early Childhood Educational Institution, located in San Juan de Lurigancho, is seeking an Early Childhood Teacher to join the team for the 2026 school year. We are looking for a sensitive, reflective, and committed professional dedicated to early childhood, with a strong interest in working from a socio-constructivist approach and the Reggio Emilia philosophy, promoting the holistic development of children aged 3 to 5 years and strengthening family partnerships. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree or Licentiate in Early Childhood Education. * Experience teaching large classrooms (approximately 30 children) and working with classroom assistants. * Knowledge and experience with active, child-centered approaches. * Experience in family communication and supporting child development. * Socio-emotional skills: empathy, active listening, sensitivity, collaborative work. * Availability to work Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Saturdays from 8:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. * Preferably residing near the district of San Juan de Lurigancho. * Desirable: Training from ISPNEII, Cantuta, or similar institutions. **We Offer:** * Pedagogical support and ongoing training in the TANI educational program. * A warm, collaborative, and highly enriching work environment. * Employment contract with all statutory benefits. * Daily snack from Monday to Friday. * Opportunities for professional growth within an educational project with a strong identity. **Start Date:** February 2026.
