




We are seeking top talent to fill the position of Procurement Analyst **Main Responsibilities:** Receive, analyze, and manage procurement requirements. Develop, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure optimal cost-benefit ratio. Conduct quotation comparisons and issue purchase recommendations based on quality, delivery timelines, and budget criteria. Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, management) to align needs and ensure adherence to established deadlines. Monitor and control available stock to anticipate recurring requirements. Manage supplier-related incidents and promptly resolve any deviations in deliveries or product quality. Prepare procurement management reports and key supply chain performance indicators. Ensure compliance with company policies, internal procedures, and quality standards. **Job Requirements** Degree in Administration, Business, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related fields. Minimum 2–3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain functions. Knowledge of supplier negotiation, contract management, and quotation analysis. Intermediate-to-advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP systems for procurement or inventory management (e.g., Starsoft).
