A Peruvian company specializing in consulting and certification of international ISO and BASC standards is seeking a **B2B Sales Assistant**, meeting the following profile: **REQUIREMENTS**: * Graduate or final-year student of Engineering, Administration, Management, Business, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B sales **(mandatory).** * Intermediate-level proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. * Familiarity with video conferencing tools (Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams). * Experience working with commercial CRM systems. (Desirable) * Knowledge of AI tools applied to sales: prospecting, message drafting, organization of commercial information. (Desirable) **EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS:** * **Location:** San Isidro * **Compensation:** Market-competitive salary * **Work Modality:** Hybrid (1–2 days per week onsite at the office), with availability to attend client meetings. * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. * **Contract Type:** First month under service agreement (receipt for services); subsequently, formal employment under REMYPE payroll. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Prospect companies (via phone calls, WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn) and generate new qualified contacts. * Schedule and coordinate commercial meetings for the Senior Executive or Commercial Manager. * Support preparation of proposals and commercial presentations. * Follow up on submitted proposals (reminders, addressing basic inquiries, coordinating next steps). * Record and update all commercial activities in the CRM. * Prepare weekly reports: new contacts, scheduled meetings, opportunity status.
