Position Summary: We are seeking a Real Estate Attorney with experience in real property rights, land management, and community relations to advise on and manage permits for projects. At Analisis Geograficos S.A.C., we are looking for a REAL ESTATE ATTORNEY with the following profile: Requirements: \- Law degree holder. \- At least 3 years of experience in real property rights, land management and/or area release, physical-legal regularization of properties, and rights negotiation. \- Experience in Community Relations. \- Knowledge of registry law and notarial law. \- Fieldwork experience and willingness to work outside Lima. Main Responsibilities: \- Provide specialized legal advice on real property rights, land management, and real estate matters to ensure client compliance. \- Participate in managing and processing permits and licenses for projects in provincial areas. \- Support the development of legal strategies enabling effective negotiations with local communities.
