**Applicant Profile** * Completed secondary education. * Studies as a Merchant Mariner or related field. * Valid Certificate of Competency, Seafarer’s Identity Document, and Bay Seafarer’s Logbook. * Minimum 1 year of documented work experience, verified via a certified CV. * Desired: valid training courses—Basic PBIP I, Basic Port Security, and Basic Dangerous Goods. * Basic cooking knowledge (not mandatory). * Male, aged between 25 and 50. **Main Responsibilities** * Carry out instructions issued by the Master or Captain. * Accurately record information in logbooks, forms, and shipboard journals. * Maintain order and cleanliness aboard the vessel. * Safely assist in deck operations. **Job Conditions** * Work location: Lurín, Lima. * Work modality: on-site. * Employment schedule: 16 x 4 (16 working days followed by 4 days off; subject to operational requirements). **Benefits** * Formal employment under MYPE payroll with all statutory benefits effective from day one. * Meals provided during the voyage. * Job stability and career progression opportunities. * Provision of initial uniform and personal protective equipment (PPE).
