Job Summary:
Financial Analyst to support financial evaluation of real estate projects, expense analysis, and cash flow and financial obligation management.

A well-established company in the real estate/construction sector is seeking a Financial Analyst.
**Responsibilities:**
* Support the evaluation and analysis of the financial structuring of real estate projects with financial and non-financial entities.
* Review and analyze monthly project expenses for ongoing projects, identifying variances and cost-control opportunities.
* Coordinate with the financial technical supervisor to collect and validate information for supervision report preparation.
* Monitor compliance with financial and non-financial covenants established with financial institutions.
* Prepare and update historical and projected cash flows for group projects, ensuring reliable and timely information.
* Manage the renewal of credit lines with financial and non-financial entities, tracking their validity, terms, and optimal utilization.
* Monitor and coordinate the recording and control of group companies' financial obligations.
* Manage the disbursement of promissory notes and the release of funds from real estate project sales to ensure necessary liquidity for project continuity.
* Provide support for other tasks and activities as required by the department head.
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor’s degree or higher in Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
* Specialization in Finance (preferred)
* Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions (at least 1 year in the real estate sector)
* Experience in multifamily projects (preferred)
* Technical knowledge: Intermediate-level MS Office (mandatory), intermediate-level Power BI (preferred)
* Intermediate English proficiency (preferred)
* Financial instruments.
* Financial statement analysis.
* Cash flow and budget management.
* Availability to work on a hybrid schedule in the district of Surco.
