Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and responsible young individual to assist with administrative tasks and customer service at a printing shop, with an emphasis on data entry and organization. Administrative support and public service We are a printing shop specializing in photocopying, scanning, binding, bookbinding, and customer service, and we are currently looking for a motivated female candidate eager to work and learn. Requirements: * Age: 20 years or older * Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office * Advanced Word skills and intermediate Excel skills * Basic proficiency in Google Drive, Gmail, and Outlook. * Basic graphic design (CorelDRAW, Photoshop, Canva, etc.). * Basic knowledge of Adobe PDF * Ability to complete forms and organize documents efficiently * Good interpersonal skills and customer service orientation * Responsible, punctual, and proactive Responsibilities: * Data entry of documents * Preparation of invoices, professional fee receipts, and delivery guides * Quotation preparation (data entry only) * Administrative support and public service * Organization of digital files and documents Important Notes: * A two-day trial will be conducted to evaluate performance. * Salary paid weekly and negotiable.
