Contribute to warehouse productivity and operational excellence. **Warehouse Operator** ----------------------- ### **Prepare orders, receive and store all raw materials based on minimum and maximum stock levels. Supply raw materials to production and ensure availability of required raw materials while maintaining safe working conditions at all times.** **About the Role** ------------------ Ensure the efficient, safe, and orderly flow of goods within the warehouse, guaranteeing accurate receipt, storage, preparation, and dispatch of products, thereby supporting productivity, operational excellence, and compliance with the company's established safety, quality, and environmental standards. **What You Will Do** -------------------- * Unload transport vehicles and verify that received items match delivery notes, packing lists, purchase orders, or invoices. Record any discrepancies. * Inspect product quality and condition (e.g., identify damage, expiration dates, etc.). * Label received pallets and move them to their designated areas. * Record incoming goods in the system (SAP, WMS, or other). * Place products in assigned locations (racks, pallets, picking zones). * Adhere to FEFO and/or batch classification rotation systems. * Operate equipment (stackers, forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.) only if certified for safe machinery operation. * Pick products according to sales/delivery orders, respecting FEFO. * Assemble pallets or boxes, ensuring accuracy in quantities and item references. * Correctly label and pack for shipment. * Ensure products are uniformly organized, properly labeled, and in optimal condition. * Comply with palletizing standards (height, stability, safety). * Verify that the loaded unit meets customer specifications prior to dispatch. * Load trucks according to scheduling and pickup lists. * Confirm outgoing documents are correct (delivery notes, invoices). * Apply security seals and record seal numbers. * Conduct cycle counts or full inventories. * Report discrepancies between physical inventory and system (logical) records. * Record and report incidents or anomalies. * Receive goods returned by transportation providers. * Inspect condition (apply decision tree). * Accurately record the Damaged Merchandise Report (IMD). * Verify incoming/return documentation and register routing and responsibility. * Apply organizational policies to ensure personnel and asset safety, and comply with quality, environmental, and applicable regulatory standards. * Perform tasks assigned by the direct supervisor related to area responsibilities. **Who You Are** --------------- Completed secondary education and minimum one year of experience in similar positions. **What We Can Offer You** ------------------------- Our purpose, Breaking Barriers to Well\-Being, provides meaning to everything we do.
