Job Summary: Responsible for preparing and washing ingredients, assisting in the kitchen, and maintaining hygiene in the work area. Key Responsibilities: 1. Assist in preparing menu items 2. Maintain cleanliness and order in the work environment 3. Wash vegetables and other products ***REQUIREMENTS:*** * Demonstrable knowledge or experience. * Availability to work rotating shifts (48 hours per week) ***DUTIES:*** * Mise en place. * Washing vegetables and other ingredients for preparations. * Assist in preparing menu items in cooperation with kitchen staff. * Keep the work environment clean and organized. * Keep tools and equipment clean and organized. Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,500.00 - S/.1,800.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
