We are currently seeking a Full-Time Kitchen and Production Assistant to join our team. We are looking for committed, organized individuals with a passion for gastronomy. ***Main Responsibilities*** * Prepare tapas boards (cheeses, cured meats, and hams). * Prepare sandwiches according to the menu. * Prepare tomato-based sauces (tomacas). * Care for and maintain products in display cases and exhibitions. * Perform knife-cut demonstrations in-store and at private events. * Organize and label production for inventory. * Supervise production staff. * Maintain cleanliness of the work area. * Supervise cleaning of cutting boards, slicing machines, and vacuum sealers. * Place orders for products and equipment required by the department. * Maintain records of supplies. * Manage daily stock and inventory for the production area. ***• Carry out other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.*** ***Requirements*** * Currently studying gastronomy or related fields (preferred). * Minimum of 3 months’ experience as a kitchen assistant or in similar positions. * Knowledge of food handling practices. * Experience operating a slicer (preferred). * Ability to work effectively in teams and under pressure. * Strong organizational, planning, and leadership skills. * Availability to work full-time during closing hours. * Willingness to work in Miraflores, San Isidro, Surco, or Magdalena. ***Benefits*** * Market-competitive remuneration. * Enrollment in REMYPE payroll from day one. * Opportunity for professional growth and development. * Being part of a solid and continuously growing company.
