We recruit, train, and develop skilled professionals, advise our clients on industry best practices, and ensure high standards of performance, communication, and service quality. We are currently looking for a **Mid/Senior Backend Engineer** with strong experience in **Kotlin, and/or Go (Golang)** to design and develop scalable backend solutions for SaaS platforms. **Responsibilities** * Design, develop, and maintain scalable REST APIs and microservices for SaaS platforms. * Implement complex business logic, automated processes, and highly available backend services. * Design and optimize PostgreSQL databases, including data modeling, indexing, transactions, and query optimization. * Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms using JWT. * Develop unit, integration, and end\-to\-end tests to ensure software quality and reliability. * Document technical solutions, APIs, workflows, and architectural decisions. * Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical and architectural decisions. * Build and maintain CI/CD workflows using GitHub Actions. * Collaborate with DevOps and Cloud teams to support application deployment, monitoring, and scalability. * Work in an agile environment focused on quality, maintainability, performance, and scalability. * Use Git and GitHub for version control, collaboration, and release management. **Requirements** * More than 5 years of backend development experience for senior\-level candidates. * At least 3 years of experience developing production REST APIs using Java 21\+, Kotlin 2\+, or Go. * Strong experience with Spring Boot 3\+, including Spring MVC or WebFlux. * Professional experience with Go/Golang for backend services or microservices. * Solid PostgreSQL experience, including schema design, indexing, query optimization, and transaction management. * Experience with Docker and Docker Compose. * Experience with GitHub Actions and CI/CD processes. * Knowledge of DevOps practices and Cloud environments. * Strong knowledge of clean architecture, SOLID principles, design patterns, and software development best practices. * Experience implementing JWT\-based authentication and authorization. * Experience developing unit and integration tests. * Proficiency with Git and GitHub. * Ability to work independently, solve complex technical problems, and clearly communicate technical decisions. * Intermediate to advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken. **Tech Stack** * Java 21\+ * Kotlin 2\+ * Go / Golang * Spring Boot 3\+ * Spring MVC or WebFlux * PostgreSQL 16\+ * Redis 7\+ * Docker and Docker Compose * Git and GitHub * GitHub Actions * CI/CD * Cloud and DevOps tools * Flyway or Liquibase * JWT Authentication **Nice to Have** * Experience with WebFlux and R2DBC or other reactive programming technologies. * Experience using Redis for session management, caching, or rate limiting. * Experience designing and maintaining microservices architectures. * Experience with Swagger or OpenAPI. * Experience integrating Stripe or other payment platforms. * Experience implementing and managing payment webhooks. * Experience working with public cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. * Previous experience working in startups or fast\-growing technology environments. * Experience developing multi\-tenant SaaS platforms.
