We invite you to join our family as an **IT INFRASTRUCTURE ENGINEER** ***REQUIREMENTS:*** * University or technical graduate in Telecommunications, Systems Engineering, Electronics, Networks and Communications, or related fields. * Knowledge of Windows, VMware, and Linux. * One year of experience in similar positions. * Knowledge of Azure, Ansible, SCCM, Satellite, and Linux. * Certifications in MCSA \- ITIL Foundations v4 \- ISO 27001 (Desirable) * ITIL Expert certification (Desirable) ***RESPONSIBILITIES:*** a. Manage laboratory equipment to carry out new implementations and service improvements. Maintain detailed and updated records of provided equipment. b. Implement laboratories for operational homologation of new Managed Services (equipment, configurations, physical and logical network resources, management, etc.). c. Prepare checklists and requirements documentation for installation, along with configuration guides. d. Continuously improve Managed Services (testing and implementing new versions of protocols used by equipment within Managed Services, software for service management and reporting). e. Conduct equipment testing for service improvements. f. Develop a maintenance checklist for equipment in Managed Services. g. Conduct demonstrations of new equipment for clients upon request. h. Coordinate with manufacturers for information updates, issue resolution, configurations, training, and support for solutions. i. Support projects by providing documentation and closing service requests related to new solution implementations. j. Train staff across different company departments and clients on technologies, products, and solutions acquired through job functions. k. Collect and submit requested evidence for management systems. l. Support planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of projects assigned by management. m. Identify and report equipment vulnerabilities from reports issued by the Cybersecurity department. n. Comply with policies, procedures, trainings, inductions, and announcements related to the integrated management system. o. Perform technical incident response activities: detection, analysis, containment, eradication, and recovery. p. Document evidence, timelines, and actions taken during incident handling.
