




Provide comprehensive advisory services to clients and companies in managing vehicle accidents, ensuring an agile, transparent, and regulation-compliant process in accordance with current legislation, thereby guaranteeing insured-party satisfaction and operational efficiency for the company. Responsibilities: * Register, validate, and classify vehicle accident reports. * Guide insured parties on required procedures, documentation, and response timelines. * Review and organize police reports, technical reports, photographs, and statements. * Supervise repairs, estimates, and technical assessments. * Monitor the progress of each claim until closure. * Ensure all processes comply with insurance and traffic legislation. Candidate Profile * Degree in Administration, Law, Automotive Engineering, or related fields (preferred) * Knowledge of insurance, traffic regulations, and claims management processes. * Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple cases simultaneously. * Proficiency in digital tools and claims management systems.
