At **HPD GLASSGROUP**, a company specialized in the design, manufacturing, and installation of glass solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial projects, we are currently seeking a professional to supervise and ensure the proper execution of our on-site projects. We seek a candidate with experience in the construction industry, particularly in the installation of **glass façades, curtain walls, windows, partitions, and other glazing systems**. **JOB OBJECTIVE** To supervise and control the proper execution of construction works, ensuring compliance with work schedules, quality standards, technical requirements, client-requested documentation, and established safety regulations. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Monitor site activities and construction progress carried out by personnel and subcontractors according to the work schedule, ensuring timely delivery. * Coordinate and report construction progress and any issues arising to the client or assigned personnel. * Conduct necessary coordination for appropriate planning and execution of construction works. * Supervise installation works for glass façades, curtain walls, windows, partitions, and other glazing systems. * Prepare and manage client-requested documentation, such as Work Plans, Quality Protocols, Valuations, and Schedules. * Schedule and monitor company equipment and tools to ensure adherence to the Work Plan. * Review, assess, and take immediate action to resolve problems arising during construction execution. * Verify compliance with drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards. * Comply with the SIG Policy, standards, and documents of the Integrated Management System, promoting active staff participation. * Perform other duties inherent to the position as required by the company. **REQUIREMENTS** * Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields. * Licensed and registered with the relevant professional association. * Prior experience in construction supervision and execution. * Minimum 5 years of mandatory experience in construction and installation of glass façades, curtain walls, windows, partitions, or glazing systems. * Knowledge and proficiency in BIM. * Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical specifications. * Experience supervising operational staff and/or subcontractors. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. * Willingness to perform fieldwork across various projects. **WE OFFER** * Formal employment contract from day one. * Comprehensive benefits package. * Market-competitive salary.
