This position reports directly to the General Management and is accountable for the organization’s overall results. **What We Are Looking For:** * University degree in Administration, Accounting, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum age: 35 years. * 5–8 years of experience in general administration, administrative management, or operational management. * Proven experience in real estate, construction, or land marketing companies. * Solid knowledge of financial, operational, and commercial management. * Experience in process optimization, internal control, and team leadership. * Residency in Lima. **Main Responsibilities:** * Oversee all administrative, financial, and commercial operations of the company. * Implement internal control systems and standardize processes across all departments. * Supervise commercial management and ensure compliance with sales and collections policies. * Identify and correct operational inefficiencies and financial leakages. * Design and implement growth, expansion, and profitability strategies. * Manage budgets, cash flow, and resource control. * Establish performance indicators and report results directly to General Management. **Key Competencies:** * Strong leadership and organizational structuring capability. * High results orientation and management control. * Strategic thinking and business vision. * Ability to make ethical, transparent decisions under pressure. **Benefits:** * Salary: S/2,800 \+ S/500 bonus based on KPI measurement. * Office hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.; Saturdays, 9:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m. * Formal employment under REMYPE: 50% CTS and gratification / 15 days of vacation. * Positive work environment, affiliated with CCL. * Life Insurance (Law-mandated). * Essalud. * Professional and salary growth opportunities. * Lead the company’s reorganization and expansion.
