Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior Lawyer to develop and implement judicial and extrajudicial strategies for portfolio debt recovery. Key Responsibilities: 1. Strategic development of judicial and extrajudicial debt recovery. 2. Collaboration in complex civil law and civil procedural law cases. 3. Being part of a team committed to professional ethics. We are looking for a **Junior Lawyer** for our San Isidro office, whose mission is to develop and implement effective judicial and extrajudicial strategies, as well as carry out legal actions, for the recovery of debt from assigned portfolios. **Responsibilities:** * Review service of process documents and due dates. * Prepare case reports, procedural status reports, and debt recovery projections. * Draft procedural motions and other legal documents. * Develop case-specific judicial strategies. * Draft complaints and precautionary measures. * Respond to inquiries from the collections department regarding debtors’ procedural statuses and address other related requests. * Draft and/or review notarial letters addressed to debtors. * Register new cases and/or update procedural statuses, and monitor progress. * Attend extrajudicial conciliation centers and judicial hearings. * Supervise and coordinate with interns regarding process progress. \- Attend scheduled client meetings. * Attend real estate eviction proceedings, asset repossession (leasing), and other related proceedings. * Conduct court-related procedures. Requirements: * Law degree holder. * Specialization in Civil Procedural Law. * Minimum 3 years of experience handling civil procedural matters. * Proficiency in judicial platforms. * Intermediate-level MS Office skills.
