Position Summary: We are seeking a Quality Supervisor with experience in documentary matters and in implementing food safety HACCP systems to ensure compliance with requirements and maintenance of records. Key Highlights: 1. Key role in the implementation and maintenance of the HACCP system 2. Responsible for quality documentation and records 3. Participation in staff training and development We require a Quality Supervisor specialized in documentary matters with experience in implementing the Food Safety HACCP system. **Requirements:** * Graduate in Food Industry Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Training courses in HACCP and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices). * Minimum 1 year of experience in this position or related roles. * Knowledge of fruit and vegetable processing. * Availability to work from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Friday. * Sunday: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. **Responsibilities:** * Enforce established HACCP system prerequisites. * Maintain all documentary systems up to date (quality records). * Report material consumption by supervised staff and request procurement of such materials. * Conduct induction on prerequisites for new staff. * Execute the annual training schedule. **We Offer:** * Formal employment registration with all statutory benefits (50% SME status: vacations, bonuses, CTS, ESSALUD, LIFE INSURANCE LAW) * Career progression opportunities based on performance * Preferential pricing for purchasing our products * 100% covered lunch Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.2000.00 \- S/.2500.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment Employment Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site employment, Ate Vitarte Salary: Starting from S/.2,500.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
