We are currently seeking a **Jr. Warehouse Supervisor for our floors and cladding area** at our warehouse. **Objective:** Plan, supervise, and control operations in the **floors and cladding area**, ensuring correct receipt, storage, preservation, preparation, and dispatch of products while optimizing available resources. **Responsibilities:** * Plan and supervise daily warehouse operations for floors and cladding. * Organize task distribution among operational staff. * Supervise proper receipt and dispatch of goods, verifying quantities, quality, and physical condition. * Ensure accurate order fulfillment according to sales orders. * Guarantee alignment between physical inventory and system records, and remove damaged items from stock. * Analyze inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions. * Reduce losses due to breakage and recover shrinkage for samples. * Coordinate with Import and Sales departments regarding product availability. * Continuously train staff on procedures and best practices. * Evaluate team performance. * Promote order, discipline, and compliance with internal policies. * Identify opportunities to optimize processes. * Implement improvements in warehouse layout. * Reduce rework. * Prepare reports and KPIs for management. **Requirements:** * Technical or university degree (graduated, bachelor’s, or certified) in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Business Engineering, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management. * 3 years of experience in warehouse operations. * 2 years of experience supervising staff. * Experience in warehouses handling construction materials, finishes, ceramics, porcelain tiles, or large-format products. **Working Conditions:** * Working hours: Monday–Thursday 8:00 AM–5:30 PM; Friday 8:00 AM–6:00 PM; Saturday 8:00 AM–1:00 PM. * Work location: Rímac (Alcázar) * Full-benefits employment contract Salary: S/.1\.50 \- S/.2\.50 per month Workplace: On-site employment
