Job Summary: This role combines content creation, storytelling, and public relations to build community and momentum around the Tinnitus, Yapaykuy, and IncluEdu brands. Key Highlights: 1. Create consistent, relatable, and purpose-driven content to build community. 2. Develop the narrative approach and provide clear instructions for its execution. 3. Support PR initiatives and relationship-building activities. **Role Objective** Create consistent, relatable, and purpose-driven content to build community and momentum around our brands. This role combines content creation, storytelling, and public relations to bring to life the day-to-day activities of Tinnitus, Yapaykuy, and IncluEdu; strengthen their social media presence; and empower their representatives as visible brand ambassadors. **Core Responsibilities** · Develop weekly and monthly content calendars for each brand, organizing ideas, formats, objectives, observances, campaigns, and timely opportunities. · Define the narrative approach for each piece and deliver clear instructions to designers for execution: objective, core idea, format, on-screen text, visual references, and desired style. · Publish a minimum of 5 Instagram Stories per day, showcasing behind-the-scenes moments, activities, testimonials, processes, and key brand moments. · Create content for Reels, TikTok, Stories, and complementary assets, adapting trends to each brand’s tone and purpose. · Motivate and support brand representatives to appear on camera, helping them feel comfortable, clear, and natural when communicating. · Attend events, activations, recordings, and key moments in person to capture real-time content and generate reusable material. · Support PR initiatives and relationship-building: identify visibility opportunities, document collaborations, amplify appearances, and convert those moments into branded content. · Consistently contribute fresh ideas and identify opportunities to strengthen community, conversation, and organic engagement.
