Support advanced analytics and improve audit productivity. **Job Description** ---------------------- Transform data from processes and systems into exception indicators, reports, and digital solutions that strengthen risk management. * Role covering Peru and Chile * Extract, transform, validate, and analyze internal data sources to generate exception indicators, dashboards, periodic reports, and relevant alerts for audit planning and execution. * Provide functional and technical support for the design, development, testing, and deployment of new Continuous Audit indicators, primarily using tools such as Google Looker Studio, BigQuery, and SQL. * Serve as the focal point for digital projects and initiatives of Tottus Peru and Chile’s Internal Audit, coordinating requirements, progress, testing, adoption, and communication of results. * Lead or support task automations, tool implementations, AI solutions, process rationalization, and improvements that enhance audit work productivity and quality. * Support the audit team with ad hoc analysis, information cross-referencing, sample segmentation, outlier identification, and preparation of inputs for reports, committees, and executive meetings Technical Skills: * SQL (intermediate\-advanced level) and data exploitation. * Google BigQuery / Cloud data platforms (intermediate level) * Google Looker Studio (advanced level) * Data analytics (advanced level) * Experience using generative AI and task automation (intermediate – advanced level). * Experience implementing bots, agents, automations, RPA, or scripts is desirable. * Familiarity with Power BI, Python, notebooks, ETL tools, automation tools, or cloud data platforms is desirable. * Knowledge of the COSO framework is desirable. Therefore, all our selection processes are conducted under this principle.**Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * University degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related fields aligned with Internal Audit functions. * Experience in data analysis and report development. * Experience in database exploitation. * Experience providing analytical support to control, audit, or management processes. * Understanding of retail operations, logistics, and procurement. * Understanding of stores, inventory, e-commerce, or other relevant operational processes. * Prior experience in supermarkets, mass consumption, or retail chains is desirable. * Understanding of risks, controls, traceability, evidence, segregation of duties, and audit testing. * Knowledge of risk-based auditing, COSO, and continuous auditing. * Knowledge of continuous monitoring or observation management.
