You will work closely with the local General Management and the regional finance team, providing analysis, control, and strategic insight to drive decision-making and company growth. **✅ What Will Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Be?** * Oversee the company’s financial, accounting, tax, and administrative operations, ensuring compliance with local regulations and Group policies. * Coordinate relationships with external advisors, auditors, payroll providers, and accounting and tax firms. * Lead monthly closing processes, financial reporting, and preparation of information for headquarters and regional management. * Develop and analyze budgets, financial forecasts, and variance tracking, proposing corrective actions when necessary. * Manage and supervise treasury and cash flow, ensuring appropriate financial planning. * Conduct financial analyses and profitability studies to support new projects, commercial initiatives, and strategic decision-making. * Carry out billing, reconciliation, collections, and payment processes, ensuring proper execution of internal controls. * Provide financial support to the business, collaborating closely with commercial, operational, and management teams. * Monitor key business indicators and prepare reports to facilitate identification of opportunities and risks. **Requirements** **What Are We Looking For?** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in finance leadership, auditing, or controlling roles. * Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, treasury, management control, and financial reporting. * Experience in budget preparation and monitoring, as well as financial analysis. * Ability to interact with various business functions and act as a Business Partner. * Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial management tools. * Professional-level English. * Analytical, organized, autonomous, and results-oriented profile. **➕ Bonus Points If You Have...** * Experience in technology companies, telecommunications, fintech, or digital environments. * Experience working within multinational structures or reporting to regional or corporate teams. * Knowledge of IFRS and audit processes. **Additional Information** **What Do We Offer?** * The opportunity to join an international leader in digital payments. * Professional development and growth opportunities. * Competitive compensation. * Social benefits. * Excellent work environment. * Job stability.
