On behalf of our client, a leading distribution company, we are looking for a Warehouse Assistant. **PROFILE** * Completed university or technical studies in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Administration, Business Administration, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles involving warehouse and dispatch operations; preferably with experience coordinating with transporters or external agents. * Knowledge of warehouse management. * Proficient in Microsoft Office (user level, intermediate). * Excel proficiency. * Intermediate-level Power BI skills. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Organize and monitor product shipments from the warehouse, ensuring efficient dispatch flow. * Supervise that shipped products remain in optimal condition during storage and dispatch. * Track established delivery deadlines to ensure timely compliance. * Verify that documentation associated with each shipment is complete and properly prepared. * Ensure accuracy of dispatched products, both in quantity and item reference. * Confirm that dispatch procedures comply with storage regulations and best practices. * Establish guidelines for merchandise organization and placement within the storage area. * Manage transportation services to achieve cost efficiency through proper planning of volume and space utilization. * Coordinate dispatch logistics considering geographic zones at local and national levels. * Handle product requests from users, ensuring appropriate distribution. * Validate that packaging used for shipments is suitable to protect product integrity. * Supervise periodic physical inventory counts. * Perform other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor. **OFFERED** * Pleasant work environment. * Statutory benefits under the general payroll regime. * Profit-sharing. * Corporate-rate EPS (health insurance), 35% covered. * 100% on-site work mode, Monday to Friday, at warehouse and/or office.
