Opportunity to work in specialized engineering and architecture roles. **Job Opening: Airport Project in Callao** At Consultcreto, we are seeking engineering and architecture professionals to develop the technical file for a specialized technical center located in the expansion area of Jorge Chávez International Airport. **Required Profiles:** * Project Manager: Civil Engineer with experience in airport infrastructure and industrial buildings. * BIM Coordinator: Modeling specialist with LOD 300 level proficiency. * Architect: Specialist in A.120 standard and operational area design. * Electrical Engineer: Responsible for coordination and lighting studies. * Sanitary Engineer: Design of field connections and EDGE water-saving systems. * Mechanical Engineer: Design of industrial compressed air branch lines. * IT and Communications Engineer: Verification of network and placement of communication equipment. * Safety and DACI Engineer: Fire protection system design in accordance with NFPA standards. * Structural Engineer: Development of reinforcement engineering and metal connections. * Quantity Surveyor and Budget Specialist: Application of the technical standard for quantity surveying in building works. * Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) / SOMA Specialist: Management of occupational health and safety throughout the project. **Requirements:** * Experience: Minimum five (05) years developing engineering specialties for similar projects. * Certification: Professional degree, valid professional license, and valid competency certificate. * Electronic Signature: Possession of an electronic signature is mandatory for technical file approval. * Regulations: Proficiency in the National Building Regulation (RNE) and applicable international standards for the specialty (e.g., NFPA, EDGE, A.120 accessibility standards). * Preferred: Prior experience in projects under LAP (Lima Airport Partners) standards. * Engagement Type: Service-based engagement. * Location: Remote/Office.
