Position Summary: We are seeking an HR Analyst to manage key processes such as timekeeping, payroll, personnel files, insurance, audits, tax contributions, and system optimization. Key Highlights: 1. At **Hy\-Line Perú**, a leading company in avian genetics and high-quality layer bird marketing, we are currently seeking an **HR Analyst** to join our team in San Isidro. **What are we looking for?** 2–3 years of experience in similar roles such as HR Assistant or HR Analyst. **Key Responsibilities:** * Consolidate and submit timekeeping records and personnel updates (overtime, night shifts, merchandise deductions, absences, BTS, position bonuses, vacations, salary increases, etc.) for both blue-collar and white-collar staff. * Prepare and accrue CTS (Compensación por Tiempo de Servicios) and year-end bonuses. * Responsible for safeguarding and auditing personnel files, ensuring that physical and digital documentation remains up to date and complies with confidentiality standards. * Process enrollment and renewal of insurance coverage: SCTR and Life Insurance (Ley del Seguro de Vida) for staff. * Participate in internal and external audits. * Submit and declare social security and tax contributions (e.g., AFP, PLAME, among others). * Participate in HR and ERP process improvements and optimization. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree or graduate in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or Accounting. * Minimum 2 years’ experience as an assistant. * Intermediate or advanced Excel proficiency. * Experience with ERP systems (SAP, SIESA, or similar). * ERP implementation or optimization experience is desirable. **What do we offer?** * Standard labor regime. * Hybrid work model: on-site with one remote day per week. * Daily meal allowance. * EPS (health insurance) and corporate benefits. * Participation in process improvement and automation projects. *At Hy\-Line Perú, we promote inclusive, non-discriminatory recruitment processes.* Employment Type: Full-time Application Question(s): * In which district do you currently reside? * What is your approximate gross monthly salary expectation for this position?
