Being part of a solid company in the medical sector FERCO MEDICAL, a leading company in the marketing of medical supplies and equipment, is currently seeking top talent to fill the position of **Human Resources Management Assistant**, within its **Human Resources Management Department**, under the **Administration and Finance Directorate**. **Requirements** * Graduate or bachelor's degree in **Psychology or Industrial Engineering** *(Mandatory)* * Minimum **2 years** of experience working as a **Human Resources Management Assistant**, **Selection Assistant**, or in similar roles. *(Mandatory)* * Desired knowledge of **competency-based interviews**. * Desired intermediate-level proficiency in **Excel**. * Desired intermediate-level proficiency in **Canva**. * Desired knowledge of **organizational ethical culture**, grounded in values and anti-bribery policies. **Responsibilities:** * Support **recruitment and selection** processes, including job posting, resume screening, and initial interviews. * Provide support during the **onboarding and induction process**, ensuring a smooth and appropriate entry experience. * Manage and maintain up-to-date the **candidate and employee database**, in compliance with personal data protection regulations. * Develop and update **Human Resources Management dashboards in Power BI**, tracking key metrics related to selection, onboarding, and training. * Support the **execution of training programs** and internal culture and communication activities. * Provide administrative and operational support to leaders and employees across Human Resources Management processes. **Benefits:** * Pleasant work environment. * Being part of a solid company in the sector. * **Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.** * **Market-competitive salary** At Ferco Medical, we promote equity, diversity, and inclusion in our selection processes, without distinction based on sexual orientation, disability, gender, age, ethnicity, or race.
