Opportunity for learning and professional development On behalf of our client, a leading telecommunications company, we are looking for a: Customer Experience and Process Improvement Analyst (Temporary) We seek a profile focused on continuous improvement in customer service processes, with the ability to analyze operational indicators and propose solutions that impact the user experience. What will you do daily? Analyze customer service metrics (AHT, FCR, NPS, service level, among others). Identify improvement opportunities in customer service processes (call center, in-person, and digital channels). Propose and implement improvements aimed at operational efficiency and customer experience. Develop and update process flows, procedures, and documentation. What are we looking for in you? Graduate or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles. Proficiency in metrics (AHT, FCR, NPS). Experience in the telecommunications sector is desirable. Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence applied to processes is desirable. Availability to work 100% onsite. Location: La Victoria.
