Job Summary: Walpa Chicken is seeking an Operations Supervisor with experience in rotisseries and restaurants, knowledge of sales and commercial management, and results-oriented leadership to plan, execute, and monitor the sales plan. We are ***WALPA CHICKEN***, a leading rotisserie-restaurant chain with over 20 years of expertise in grilled chicken and barbecue, currently seeking a **OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR** who meets the following profile: **REQUIREMENTS** * Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in rotisseries and/or restaurants. * Ability to work effectively in a team. * University and/or technical studies in **Business Administration** or related fields. * Strong, results-oriented leadership. (Mandatory) * Intermediate-level proficiency in Excel and other similar tools. * Knowledge of **ERP** systems. (Mandatory) * Experience in sales management and the commercial area. * Residency in San Juan de Lurigancho or nearby areas. (Mandatory) **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Plan and execute the sales plan and measure its progress. * Achieve the monthly sales target. * Retain customers and promote additional products from the portfolio. * Identify new business opportunities with new customers, expand the client base, and foster company growth. * Address customer complaints and feedback promptly. * Represent the company’s brands efficiently. * Develop the traditional channel by maintaining current accounts and identifying new prospects (distributors, wholesalers, etc.), executing visit plans with corresponding reports. * Prepare the monthly Sales Plan, setting objectives and tracking progress toward targets. * Provide market and competitor behavior feedback. * Measure outcomes of commercial and marketing strategic initiatives. * Monitor and control the operational efficiency of the sales process. * Submit monthly sales reports and performance indicators. * Other duties as assigned by Management. **COMPETENCIES** * Problem-solving skills. * Proactivity. * Leadership. * Team management. * Service orientation. **BENEFITS:** * Formal employment registration from day one, including statutory benefits under (MYPE) regulations. * Special bonuses (Independence Day, Christmas, and tenure-based). * Market-competitive salary. ***If you meet the requirements, do not hesitate to apply at 970 667 240\.
