Ability to work under targets and time-bound coverage requirements Job Description: We are looking for a Mass Recruitment Specialist! (Temporary Contract – 5 months) We are a company dedicated to the production and marketing of nougats, and we are currently seeking a Mass Recruitment Specialist with experience in high-volume hiring processes—preferably within food, bakery, or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) companies. Requirements Minimum 2 years’ experience in mass recruitment and selection. Preferred experience in food, bakery, or FMCG companies. Proficiency in job boards, social media, and diverse recruitment sources. Experience conducting resume screening, interviews, and candidate follow-up. Ability to work under targets and time-bound coverage requirements. Responsibilities Post and promote job openings. Execute recruitment and selection processes for operational and administrative positions. Conduct resume screening and initial interviews. Coordinate assessments, documentation, and onboarding of personnel. Maintain an updated candidate database. Meet established coverage KPIs and deadlines. Working Conditions Work Modality: On-site. Location: San Martín de Porres, near El Milagro Station of the Metropolitano. Contract Duration: 5 months. Working Hours: o Monday to Friday: 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. o Saturdays: 8:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Compensation: PEN 1,800 to PEN 2,000 per month, based on experience and evaluation.
