Job Summary: We are seeking a Warehouse Operator for an industrial footwear client, responsible for picking, packing, and maintaining warehouse order. Key Highlights: 1. We are currently recruiting a **Warehouse Operator** to work at one of our key industrial footwear clients. **Main Responsibilities:** * Pick products by customer and codes. * Pack products for dispatch. * Organize boxes by model and color. * Maintain warehouse order and cleanliness. **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education. * Minimum 6 months’ experience as a warehouse operator. * Knowledge of product dispatch. * Availability to regularly work 2–3 hours of overtime. * Availability to work in Ate (area bordering San Luis and Santa Anita). **Employment Conditions:** * Base salary: S/ 1130\. * Bi-weekly payments (40% and 60%), overtime paid at month-end. * Lunch covered by the company. * Mobility bonus for night shifts. * Overtime pay (starting from S/ 200 onward, depending on hours worked). * Formal payroll registration with all statutory benefits (Eurofirms). * Excellent work climate. * Working hours: Monday–Friday: 7:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. (including overtime); Saturdays: 7:30 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. (including overtime) * Sundays (regular day off): If required to work: 8:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. (double pay for Sunday work).
