




Position Summary: We are seeking a Purchasing Analyst to manage order processing, negotiate with suppliers, analyze procurement activities, and ensure compliance with acquisition policies. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage purchase and service order processing in ERP. 2. Negotiate with suppliers and prepare comparative tables. 3. Analyze procurement activities and propose improvement actions. At Wari Service, we have initiated the search for a PURCHASING ANALYST for our Carapongo office (Lurigancho \- Chosica). RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Receive, register, and process purchase and service orders in the ERP. \- Manage credit notes due to errors, returns, or changes. \- Coordinate with the accounting department regarding receipt, review, and approval of invoices and supporting documentation. \- Request quotations from suppliers and prepare comparative tables based on technical and economic criteria. \- Track issued purchase orders, verifying their timely and proper fulfillment. \- Analyze actual vs. planned purchases, identifying deviations and proposing improvement actions. \- Participate in the overall or cyclical physical inventory process. \- Generate statistics on purchase volumes, supplier performance, and delivery efficiency. \- Ensure compliance with corporate procurement policies, internal controls, and accounting records. \- Support internal and external audits by providing information and supporting documentation. REQUIREMENTS: \* Minimum 2 years of experience as a Purchasing Analyst or similar role. \* Knowledge of vehicle spare parts procurement (a PLUS). \* Availability to work in Carapongo \- Av.
