Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to analyze risk controls, manage training and awareness programs on operational risk management, business continuity, and information security. Key Highlights: 1. Analysis of controls to mitigate identified risks 2. Participation in staff training and awareness programs 3. Knowledge of operational management, sales, logistics, and imports Responsibilities \- Analyze whether the established controls for mitigating identified risks are the most appropriate. \- Participate in training and awareness programs for personnel under your supervision on topics including operational risk management, business continuity, and information security. Profile \- University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. \- Four (04\) years of work experience in the Commercial sector, in a similar or equivalent position. \- Knowledge of operational management, sales processes, logistics, and imports. \- Willingness to travel between assigned branches within Lima, as required.
