A company specializing in the installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning and mechanical ventilation systems is seeking an **HVAC Technician** to join our team. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Experience in installation, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance of air conditioning equipment. * Knowledge of HVAC and mechanical ventilation systems. * Experience with split-type, floor-ceiling, cassette, fan coil, chiller, or other similar systems (preferred). * Basic knowledge of electricity and refrigeration. * Ability to perform diagnostics and resolve technical faults. * Responsibility, commitment, and ability to work in a team. * Availability to work on-site and conduct technical visits. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Perform installation and maintenance tasks for air conditioning systems. * Diagnose and repair faults in HVAC equipment. * Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance. * Support mechanical ventilation and exhaust system projects. * Comply with established safety and quality procedures. * Prepare technical reports of completed work. **WE OFFER:** * Opportunity for professional development. * Continuous training and learning. * Positive work environment. * Employment with an experienced HVAC industry company. **Work Location:** Lima **Work Mode:** Field work **Position Type:** Full-time Salary: S/.1,500.00 \- S/.2,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
