Job stability in a solid and growing company. *JOB SEARCH:* **MAINTENANCE MANAGER!** At **ENERLAB S.A.C.**, we are looking for a proactive and technical leader to assume the **Electrical Equipment Maintenance Manager** role. If you are passionate about management, optimization, and leading teams, this challenge is for you! **Key position details:** * **Location:** San Juan de Lurigancho (SJL) – On-site. * **Employment Regime:** Remype Payroll \- Small Enterprise (with all applicable statutory benefits). **Your Key Responsibilities:** * **Planning and Supervision:** Organize and ensure timely execution of preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical equipment. * **Team Leadership:** Lead, coordinate, and train technical staff under your supervision, ensuring order, cleanliness, and safety. * **Management and Control (SIG):** Ensure compliance with technical procedures, safety standards, and proper handling of tools, PPEs, and leased assets. * **Reporting and Coordination:** Prepare monthly technical reports (with audiovisual support) and coordinate resources with Logistics, HR, and the Commercial Department. **What profile are we looking for?** * **Education:** Bachelor's degree or professional title in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical-Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related technical fields. * **Experience:** Minimum 3 years leading technical maintenance teams or workshops. * **Knowledge:** Maintenance planning, tool inventory control, and safety/SIG regulations. * **Skills:** Leadership, organization, and excellent communication. **What do we offer?** * Formal payroll enrollment from day one with statutory benefits (Small Enterprise Regime). * Space to autonomously propose continuous improvements. * Job stability in a solid and growing company. **Ready for the challenge?** Send your updated CV indicating your salary expectations.
