Job Summary: We are seeking a Mechanical Project Engineer to supervise, design, and propose improvements to processes and equipment in an industrial plant. Key Highlights: 1. On behalf of our client, a leading company in its industry, we are searching for top talent to fill the following position: Mechanical Project Engineer \- Industrial Plant **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or Metallurgical-Mechanical Engineering. * **Experience in design, assembly, and installation of industrial machinery.** * Minimum 2 years of project management experience in industrial plants. * Advanced proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD and Inventor. * Ability to develop process improvement proposals. * Knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems (installation and maintenance). * Familiarity with industrial safety standards and high-risk work permit management. **Responsibilities** * Supervise field activities within the projects area, validating scope and proper execution to ensure achievement of established objectives. * Propose improvements and develop prototypes to validate and approve new projects or technical solutions. * Perform detailed engineering for the design of safety equipment and quality laboratory equipment, ensuring functionality and compliance with standards. * Design automation systems for production areas to optimize processes and improve operational efficiency. * Propose improvements to plant layout to increase productive efficiency and optimize resource utilization. * Carry out other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor within the scope of competence. * Comply with and actively participate in all activities related to the 5S methodology within the organization, contributing to order, cleanliness, and continuous improvement.
