Position Summary: Coordinate, supervise, and control crew activities in the field, ensuring execution, quality, and safety of work required by SEDAPAL. Key Highlights: 1. Report to and coordinate with engineers regarding work required by SEDAPAL. 2. Report construction processes for work required by SEDAPAL in the field. 3. Timely and accurate submission of field information required by SEDAPAL and the department. 4. Coordinate with the radio operator and respective administrative department regarding work orders received from the client. 5. Request materials, equipment, and tools necessary for planned work. 6. Track and assist in preparing and loading materials, equipment, and tools onto the assigned unit one day prior to departure to the field. 7. Delegate verification of required materials, equipment, and tools before departure to the field to ensure work execution and quality. 8. Directly lead, train, and supervise crew work to ensure alignment with work orders on-site, providing guidance, orientation, and instructions to personnel. 9. Supervise compliance with safety provisions during construction processes when executing work orders required by SEDAPAL. 10. Record, report, monitor, and assist with daily personnel tasks, reporting on material, equipment, tool, and time usage for cost determination. 11. Formulate and/or anticipate requirements, including requests for materials, equipment, tools, and other items necessary for efficient and safe field activities. 12. Daily verify that all personnel are in optimal condition to perform their duties, checking uniforms, PPEs, photo IDs, national identity documents (DNI), driver's licenses (Brevete), as applicable, and immediately report any anomalies to the immediate supervisor. 13. Maintain daily personnel oversight, reporting daily to the immediate supervisor any tardiness, absences, or unauthorized departures from post or work. 14. Verify at the end of each workday that assigned personnel have completed assigned tasks and remain within established parameters to avoid client penalties. 15. Ensure and verify that, upon completion of daily work and before leaving the worksite, the crew complies with the site cleanup order, not leaving materials or tools used for work—such as pipes, fittings, stakes, covers, concrete mixers, safety equipment, etc.—whether new or used, abandoned in public areas. 16. Ensure the crew properly installs safety signage at work fronts before commencing operations and maintains visibility and good condition throughout daily activities. 17. Request physical or virtual interference plans from the immediate supervisor. 18. Take appropriate precautions and respect existing signage to prevent damage to electrical cables, telephone lines, gas pipelines, fiber optics, water pipes, sewer lines, etc.; immediately notify the supervising engineer, resident engineer, and safety officer if such incidents occur. 19. Manage, together with the immediate supervisor, documentation related to returning recovered or uninstalled field materials, and supervise cleaning of tools and equipment used during the workday. 20. Ensure under no circumstances that persons unrelated to the crews or the company ride in the vehicle. 21. Properly use PPEs, safety equipment, machinery, substances, or any production means, strictly following provided training and instructions. 22. Report to superiors any identified health and safety risks or defects in facilities, equipment, or safety procedures. 23. Perform tasks including fabrication of supports, painting, and maintaining order and cleanliness. 24. Carry out other duties and/or activities as directed by the immediate supervisor.
