Position Summary: We are seeking a Field Operations Supervisor to track, control, and supervise Claro's corporate projects in the field, ensuring resource availability and compliance with regulations. Experience in optical fiber (PEXT), splicing, and OTDR measurements Join our team at CORYTEL! We are currently seeking top talent for the position of: **OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR**. What will your challenges be? * **Track and control** field activities related to the construction of Claro's corporate projects. * **Ensure availability of required resources** for efficient project deployment. * **Supervise field operations** and provide continuous support to the Coordination department. * **Record project progress in detail**, for assigned projects. * **Ensure on-site implementation** of current technical regulations governing the construction process. * **Strictly monitor SST guidelines** (Occupational Safety and Health) during fieldwork. * Other duties inherent to the position, as assigned by immediate management. What profile are we looking for? * **Education:** Technical or university graduate in Telecommunications, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Systems, Civil Engineering, or related fields. * **Experience:** Minimum 1–3 years in optical fiber work — **EXTERNAL PLANT (PEXT)**, with solid knowledge of splicing and OTDR measurements. * **Driver's license:** Category A-1 (valid). * **Digital tools:** * Google Earth (Intermediate level). * Microsoft Office (Intermediate level). * AutoCAD (Basic level). * **Desirable knowledge:** Courses in optical networks and experience in civil works.
