




Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior Application Support Analyst to manage incidents, track requests, and support operational continuity. Key Highlights: 1. Identification of improvements and process automation. **Credicorp Capital** invites you to Turn Challenges into Opportunities and join us as our **Junior Application Support Analyst** for the **Technology** team in **Lima, Peru.** **Mission:** * Provide operational and functional support for the company's applications, ensuring efficient incident and request management, compliance with service level agreements (SLAs), and operational continuity through monitoring, control, and continuous improvement of support processes. Support the Support Manager and facilitate the timely resolution of requirements from various departments. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage and track application-related incidents and requests. * Prioritize and monitor critical and long-standing cases. * Keep users informed about the progress of their cases. * Record and document case progress and resolution in designated tools. * Escalate and delegate cases to resolution teams when appropriate. * Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation. * Support technical and functional testing in development and QA environments. * Document solutions and build knowledge bases. **Requirements** * Graduate in Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in application support, help desk, or incident management within technology environments. * Experience in Level 2 support is desirable. * Experience with tools designated for incident registration and tracking. * Experience with tools used for case management and application support in JIRA. * Experience in functional analysis of applications. * Experience in process documentation and knowledge base creation. * Basic understanding of databases and queries (preferably SQL). **Work Mode** * Hybrid (3 days per week in the office) ***This position is open to persons with disabilities.***
