Constant work and learning environment in the chemical sector At **CECOLOR**, a leading company in innovative chemical solutions (*Innovating Chemicals*), we are looking for a proactive, dynamic Warehouse and Production Assistant with a strong safety awareness to join our operations team. Your primary mission will be to correctly execute production, order preparation, and dispatch processes, ensuring proper storage of our chemical products and warehouse organization, reporting directly to the Logistics and Production Manager. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Production and Weighing:** Read and interpret formulas to manufacture and repackage chemical products, raw materials, and dyes, ensuring precise weighing of each component. * **Warehouse Management:** Store goods according to the established matrix and maintain warehouse and production area organization and cleanliness. * **Order Preparation:** Prepare orders under the FIFO / PEPS (First-In, First-Out) system and ensure goods in the dispatch area are in perfect condition (clean, labeled, and sealed). * **Loading Operations:** Safely load and unload goods, operating warehouse tools (pallet jacks, hand trucks, etc.). * **Process Control:** Report surpluses/shortages, deliver samples to Quality Control, and record required information on purchase and manufacturing orders. * **Occupational Safety and Health (OSH):** Mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and compliance with the Internal Occupational Safety and Health Regulations. **Profile Requirements:** * **Minimum Education:** Completed secondary education. * **Recommended Age:** Between 20 and 33 years old. * **Experience:** Preferably 6 months in operational warehouse, storage, or production processes (desirable in private companies). * **Technical Knowledge:** \* Interpretation of production formulas and conversion of measurements/weights. * Basic knowledge of logistics, storage, product handling, and risk identification. * Operation of work tools (winches, manual pallet jacks, jacks, etc.). * **Key Skills:** Working under pressure, attention to detail, manual/visual ability, and results orientation. **Benefits and Employment Conditions:** * **Base Salary:** S/. 1,200 soles per month. After the third month, salary is adjusted to S/. 1,400 soles based on performance. * **Meals:** The company subsidizes **50% of the snack allowance**. * **Fixed Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. (Enjoy your weekends off!). * **Contract Type:** Temporary employment contract due to market demand. * Excellent work environment and constant learning opportunities in the chemical sector.
